Boudin at the Wharf Project GESD Capital Corporation
In 2003, the owners of Boudin Bakeries engaged WDGV to act as Development Manager for a building that they wished to build at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. The 30,000 sq.ft. project
is designed to showcase Boudin's food and bakery products, and includes a full-scale restaurant, demonstration bakery, cafe, retail stores and assembly space for events and exhibitions. As
Development Manager from project conception to start of construction, WDGV managed the facility planning, helped select the architectural and engineering team, negotiated the key design and
construction contracts, managed the day to day planning and design process, and had oversight responsibility for the entitlements to use and land use approvals.
The Shoppes at Scotts Valley
Stanbery Development Corporation
Stanbery Development, a retail developer based in Ohio optioned land in Scotts Valley California to develop a multi-tenant shopping center, which according to local
government regulations was to include a residential component. In 2008 the developers brought in Portfolio Real Estate Consulting to assist in conceptualizing the residential
strategy, including site planning, entitlements to use and the affordable housing component mandated by the County.
