WDG Ventures consulting practice is conducted by its affiliate, Portfolio Real Estate Consulting, (PRC). This operation grew of the many requests by community partners, and corporate real estate colleagues for "real world" advice on analyzing real estate and community building issues. In some instances, both for and non-profit institutions with real estate development requirements have retained PRC as Development Manager to manage the creation of new commercial and residential projects.

Portfolio Real Estate Consulting brings to the table the perspective of an experienced developer who has acted as owner, asset manager and creator of value in an urban economic development context. WDGV's track record of solving complex development issues, analyzing specific supply and demand characteristics, selling and purchasing assets, and working with local government gives us broad expertise in devising long term strategies that endure in a dynamic market.
