735 Market Street Historic Building Retrofit and Renovation

WDG Ventures was retained by Millennium Partners to oversee the building renovation for office and retail use, as well as general upgrade to a Type I building. 735 Market Street is a six story, approximately 54,000 sq.ft. building at Third and Market Street in San Francisco. The building was designed by architect Willis Polk and was constructed in 1908. Though not on the National Register, and located outside the National Register Historic District, 735 Market is a Category II, or "B" building, and therefore considered an historically significant downtown building. The renovation included architectural and structural elements and ADA compliance. The completed renovation successfully qualified the building for historic building investment tax credits.
