The firm’s primary focus is the development of commercial, office, residential and mixed-use retail/entertainment projects in the Bay Area. Additional corporate functions include development consulting, asset management, construction management and real estate brokerage. WDGV’s current portfolio of completed properties and projects under development, construction and pre-development represents more than 3.5 million square feet of office, retail, and residential space valued in excess of $900 million.

The WDGV Principals are active in a range of national and local business and civic associations, and have served as Directors and Advisory Board Members of two financial institutions.
